Madman have a whole host of physical releases coming in January! Get those orders in!!!

Dark Crimes is a spellbinding thriller from the producers of The Revenant starring Jim Carrey. When a police officer finds similarities between an unsolved murder and a crime outlined in a book by famed writer, he gets drawn into the dark underworld of sex, lies, and corruption to find the shocking and deadly truth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The action thriller Final Score is also out. Staring Dave Bautista and Pierce Brosnan, it follows an ex-marine taking on heavily armed terrorists holding 35,000 football supporter’s hostages in a stadium.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

More from the NZIFF 2018 are available on disc, including Carla Simon’s autobiographical Summer 1993 which has some of the most realistic and evocative child performances seen in years. Following the death of her parents in the summer of 1993, Frida is forced from her home city to the provinces to live with her relativities and the challenges of her new life.

Madman’s friends (therefore ours as well) Via Vision have been trawling through their archives for classic re-releases for us to enjoy. Including Neil Jordan’s Oscar nominated drama The End of the Affair. Staring Julianne Moore and Ralph Fiennes, this film is a romantic story of desire and betrayal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also found was a second collection of Ray Harryhausen stop motion features and a six film Rita Hayworth set, including, Miss Sadie Thompson, Affair in Trinidad, Tonight and Every Night, You were Never Lovelier, You’ll Never Get Rich and Music in My Heart.
